About the Role:

We're searching for a driven and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales for our IT services. You'll work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and craft compelling proposals that showcase our expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns (online & offline) to generate qualified leads for IT services (web development, mobile app development, software development, data automation, etc.).
    • Utilize various lead generation techniques, such as content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and attending industry events.
    • Manage and qualify leads through nurturing campaigns, and identifying potential clients with high conversion potential.
  • Client Communication & Requirement Analysis:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and project goals for IT services.
    • Conduct initial client consultations to gather information and assess their needs.
    • Prepare clear and concise client briefs outlining project objectives, timelines, and budget estimates.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop compelling proposals that showcase Digital Innovations' expertise in IT services.
    • Craft persuasive and informative proposals that address specific client needs and pain points.
    • Ensure proposals are tailored to each client, highlighting our solutions and value proposition.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Assist with creating and maintaining marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and website content.
    • Support with social media management tasks and content creation for IT service promotion.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing or IT marketing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation principles and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills to craft compelling proposals and marketing materials.
  • Analytical mind with the ability to track and measure marketing campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing automation tools (a plus).
  • Passion for the IT industry and understanding of IT services (web development, mobile app development, etc.) is a plus.
